Frittata is another way to use up meats and clear out the fridge of aging veggies. I assemble in a cast iron pan and throw it in the pellet grill to bake. Eat it with toast or chop some up for a breakfast burrito.

I second that... What I like about Brad is that he is creative on all levels and doesn't go by the name "chef". I respect people who go to culinary school and some of those folks have ventured nicely into the BBQ world. But please, just call yourself "Tom" or "Eric" and leave "chef" at the restaurant. And you don't need to be a culinary school grad to be creative, entertaining, and informative.

Try grilled brisket tacos. Slice brisket thin and season with lawry's. (Watch for flare up's) chop it up and place on a corn tortilla with some green gallos sauce. (Cilantro, onion, and lime optional)

Chives grown extremely easily from seed. You can get the seeds at just about any nursery or garden center. Make sure they are packed for 2022 and plant every seed because onion family seeds last only one year! The pink flowers they produce are also edible.
