A. Ingredients / المواد:
- 2.5 L liquid cow milk (skim or whole) / ليترين ونصف حليب بقر سائل( كامل الدسم او خفيف الدسم)
- 1/3 cup plain store-bought yogurt at room temperature (as a starter culture) / (الروبة) ثلث الكوب لبن اي زبادي الطبيعي بحرارة الغرفة
B. Utensils / لوازم الاستعمال:
- Thermometer / ميزان حرارة
- Pot / طنجرة

Il est préférable d’utiliser un thermomètre afin de garantir le résultat.
Can you help me what name of this drink/food that i will describe. What is white liquid beaten/stirred by tonne of egg untill become white(it keep beaten around 2-3 hours something like that), then people went to market bring glass bottle to fill this white stuff. I saw this in retro documentary, when i was kid. But i don't know what was that. If you know please share with me. Thank you.

Bonjour, j'ai essayé de faire su laban avec 1 L de lait, jai tout fai comme il faut mais mon laban est encore liquide, mais ca ne fais pas 24h quil est au frigo .je dois attendre encore ou c'est raté. Au cas ou c raté est ce que je peux faire quelque chose avec pour ne pas le jeter? Merci d'avance

Chelsea, tout les lait ne donnent pas le même résultat. Tu pourrait ajouter de lait en poudre au lait liquide et ça marche bien.

Bonjour Chelsea Je suis sûre que le problème c'est la température du lait après ébullition .Il faut s'assurer qu'il est à 113 degrés fahrenheit avant d'y placer le yaourtière ,et le yaourtière doit également être à température ambiante
Plain yogurt isn't the same as Laban that we have herein Lebanon

The milk in lebanon is very different but it still tastes as close to it as possible being made in another country
