how to make KIMBAP at HOME with Normal Rice

Kimbap or Gimbap is a Korean seaweed rice roll filled with a variety of delicious fillings.
In this video, I stated the alternatives for the ingredients that you might not easily find in a typical Filipino Pantry :) However, please do note, that rice seasoned with vinegar makes it a sushi rice (as shown in the video). Whereas the rice for kimbap should be seasoned with sesame oil. 😉
If you have sesame oil, it’s best to use it to season the rice. Use 1 1/2 Tbsp instead of 2 Tbsp of Vinegar for best result. 😊
