today i gonna show you the perfect KFC style Fried Chicken recipe in a homemade 100% prefect. I hope u guys will like this recipe...
Step - 1 How to make KFC secret seasoning at home :
Garlic powder: 14 gm
Onion Powder: 9.5 gm
Cayenne Powder : 18 gm
Crush black pepper powder 7.2 gm
Salt : 20 gm
Paprika powder :20 gm
Dry rosemar : 4 Gm
Dried thyme : 2 gm
Mix all the ingredients together until evenly mixed and use this seasoning 25 grams for 1 kg boneless cuted chicken.
step -1 How to make kfc flour :
All purpose flour : 1 kg
corn flour : 50 gm
home made kfc seasoning : 25 gm
baking powder : 15 gm
Step - 2 How to make Kfc Style chicken marination
Any kind of cuted Chicken : 1 kg
home made kfc seasoning : 25 gm
Egg:100 gm
*The frying temperature is 330 °F 165°C
this recipe you can make at home and hotel but bur especially this recipe make in hotel and restaurant for selling.

Actually KFC original mixture not a special flour, you feel this is a kfc flour!

flour black and white pepper find a msg called accent in the store and thats the flavour brine your chicken in salt water .or at least dunk it in salt water coat . you can add more spices like paprika but, no need .this even bakes up on chicken well and pork chops .

It’s challenging to try to replicate a recipe being I use to work and cook for kfc this is no even close but I give you a B+ for effort

@@gotskillz135 I know that the Kentucky chicken mixture is mostly white pepper, black pepper, and salt (MSG), and there is also garlic powder and perhaps wild thyme.
Not even close to KFC.
