| Ingredients (for one 500 ml paper carton)
Milk chocolate: 200g (4 pieces)
Powdered agar: 3g
Granulated sugar: 70g
Milk: 420g
| How to make
Chop the chocolate.
Put all ingredients in a pot.
Mix well and bring to a boil, then stop and mix well.
When the mixture comes to a boil, turn off the heat and mix well.
Pour the mixture into a 500ml carton.
Chill in the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.

You can probably make it with carob it's like chocolate but very different dogs Can eat it too

@@lucaredroserose1966 Well, the reason dogs (and actually most other animals, for that matter) can't eat it is the chemical theobromine, which can cause heart and lung failure. Humans, as you can probably tell, can metabolise it just fine, lmao. I suppose Jaguar's allergy is towards some other substance in Cacao and even if it's theobromine, it isn't the for the same reason other animals can't eat it. Regardless, your point stands: It's an alternative... though I've never heard of corab, so even if Jaguar could make stuff out of it by themselves, are there any commercialised products that use it?

My grandmother did something similar to this when I was young. She'd make "dirt cakes" for us in the spring with Gummi worms. I've tried to recreate it , but never got the chocolate firm enough, it's always been either too liquid or mousse like. I'm gonna teybthisnout!

milk chocolate shouldn't upset your stomach if you have lactose intolerance so long as you don't eat too much. I also have it pretty bad but hell it won't stop me!

I made it! Although it isnt just as perfectly cleanly done... i love how the result came together, im proud enough to wait till the next day i borrow a camera to keep a photo memory of it XDD

I love that you used Agar Agar instead of Gelatin. Now I can make vegan jiggly milk chocolate with oat milk instead of cow milk :)

I did it, and it was really good, i will give some tips: don't add to much sugar, the milk chocolate already has it and it could taste more sweet than you imagine. if you want to use sugar, take the Dark chocolate
