Because they didn't put the original name, that is called "brigadeiro" . They just put the name translated into their language... cookie for example is called cookie in all videos of recipes they make, so why mischaracterize other foods?

That’s nice! As a brazilian I can tell that your brigadeiro looks perfect. You can also add a little bit ( 1-2 tablespoons) of heavy cream with the condensed milk before cooking and it’ll be even better. If you cook it for less time the texture will be great to fill cakes or pies (instead of using ganache), but you must reserve it in a refrigerator before, so it can settle down/establish (I don’t know that in english, but it is for the brigadeiro to get the right texture). Nice video :)

Thank you so much for bringing that recipe! I'm Brazillian and grew up eating brigadeiro like this at every kid's party I went. Nowadays, when we grow old, we commonly make the brigadeiro and toss it onto a plate, then everybody gets a spoon and we eat like its a mousse :)

As a brazilian, I must say: seems perfect!Hahaha PS: We also eat this in children’s parties, or in a cold Sunday when watching a movie :)

参考にして(というかまんま)作らせて頂きました！ チョコスプレーを上手く付けられなかったので、コンデンスミルクと混ぜた余りのココアパウダーをコーティングしました！ 美味しかったです！ありがとうございます😋🍫

Turned out amazing, i added mine some powdered coconut to the mix and it was really yummy

ブラジル人の友達によく作ってもらったなあ😋懐かしいので、今度自分で作ってみます！

I have just made these and they came out so good! You REALLY need to listen to him and not overcook them because they WILL become too hard! I had to make them again because I got distracted 🙈 the second time everything went well and they came out perfect! I made many of his recipes and I was never once disappointed!! For today (Valentine’s Day) I also made his ruby chocolate almonds and omg so good!! 🤯 Love you CACAO! 😻
