Good work Amala! First she made Butter and then she boiled it and it became “GHEE”. After you take the butter out from the mixer, the left over milk that is still in the mixer can be made into PANEER. Just boiled it and squeezed some lemon. By that you’ll get 2 products. GHEE and PANEER.

Thank you for showing how to make butter though I know yet interesting to see again and your sister learning to do in future. That was so nice. What I do after the butter is made, I boil little longer as your mother says.Before the color changes or you can smell the butter with clearing part of the pure butter and the residue at the bottom. In that way, it will be clearer butter as well as taste better and finally you can keep it for long without any preservatives. That is called - Ghee and Shumar in Tibetan. Beautiful and she is artistic like many mothers. Hats off.
