So I just made this and it was amazing! I used less salt, more scotch bonnet and added dried parsley. Delicious 🤤

Cooking is fun, and relaxing, it's a great feeling learning yourself, and find ways to make life fun in the kitchen. never be afraid to try new things in the kitchen, what might not work for other, will work for you, or what might taste good to you, might not be good for you, but bottom line is, if we can share our recipes and hopefully some people will enjoy and learned something from the ingredients, food is fun. Never give up trying in the kitchen.

Everyone said they loved it!!!!!! I can't believe it. Both his younger and older family members have me compliments. I used hotdogs instead of beef sausage. Also made patties from your recipe. By the time I went to get one they were gone! They couldn't believe I wasn't raised in a Haitian household lol. Oh! the puff pastry made them so easy to do. THANK YOU!!!!!

Love this recipe. Just made it again for the 12th time. I add a splash of lemon juice and wow! Just takes the flavors even higher.

So I made this yesterday with hot dogs and it was so good. The only critic for myself is to let the spaghetti cook more and to make sure I have tomatoes for next time. I will be testing more recipes on your channel. Thank you 🙂👌

You're a great cook!! I used one Maggi cube and Hillshire spicy sausage. boiled my Mueller spaghetti with 1/2 teaspoon sea salt. it was the bomb!!!

It was delicious! My only issue was the 1/2 cup olive oil made it a little to oily for my taste. I used a little less than 1/2 a cup of olive oil the second time and it was perfect for us. My family loves it. Thank you.

My parents are Haitian but I never really learned how to cook Haitian food but Just used this recipe and it came out excellent ! I only skipped the thyme and cloves cause I’m not a Fan of both however it was still amazing !

Haitian spice is the secret ingredient here I bet because I cooked my Spaghetti the same way and I bet it did not taste as good as yours. Thanks for sharing.
