So late last night my elderly father-in-love came to move in with us. I’ve used your channel to learn how to cook and to perfect a few traditional Haitian dishes for my hubs of 20+ years. But never did I think I would need to learn how to make spaghetti! Along my FIL list of many medication and instructions. I was told he specifically eats “Haitian spaghetti” in the morning.But with chicken not sausage.🤦🏽‍♀️Without hesitation, I said yes I got it, Annette will teach me! 😊Thank you for being so down to earth and relatable. I think my favorite part each time you teach is when you say “just a little bit” or “wish you could smell this guys, it smells absolutely delicious.” Love it! Annette Dor Yes, it's very true. The way we clean our meat, make our rice, even cakes, porridge, and patties. The smell is amazing. The way we serve our meals to our family, and even the way we clean our eggs before cooking. My lord we are amazing. Everytime we do a potluck at work my dish is gone within minutes. Our bread and coffee or hot chocolate, eggs and plantains, fish with white rice and white bean sauce, our stews pick any one of them, our black delicious unique mushroom rice. My goodness the way we make anything to be honest. Haitians we are absolutely amazing💋

Finally another another Haitian person who uses ketchup for their spaghetti ....I don’t know but my grandmother never used tomato paste only ketchup ...hmmmmm
