Ingredients 800gm chicken - big pieces with slits /cuts for marination 4 pinch cinnamon powder 1 tsp Pepper powder 1 tsp Coriander powder 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder 2 TBSP Red chilli powder 1 TBSP Salt 4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 Lemon (Squeeze juice without seeds) Procedure 1. Mix all above and marinate for atleast 30 min 2. In Black tray, convection mode at 180C for 20 min - flip the chicken after 10 min 3. Grill on rack for 10 min

Can I grill chicken in microwave that doesn't have convection mode

My GE microwave from 2005 finally crapped out. At first kzread.infoUgkxO_Bc204MGjxDl87cOKcdgaRhzSqGmv_g I was unsure because I was looking for something with the exact same features. Found it with this one. Interior space cavity was large, but the outside was smaller than my old one. I love the one-button push for 1-6 minutes, and the 30 second add or 30 second start. and MOST IMPORTANTLY, I love how you can adjust the power level during cooking. The reviews said it could not be done, but this marked all the other boxes. and happy to say, it does. I can hit 1 minute start, and change the power level from 10 to 5, 30 seconds in, without interruption. my favorite feature!

Please add ingredients and each step's microwave settings in the description, it is nessesary...

For all of you wondering, 180 degrees, convection mode for 20 minutes, Change side after 10 minutes. Then take it out, put it on a grill and use grill mode for 10 minutes.

@@azmathumna5714 it is necessary, you are using it like a tandoor. Tandoor needs to be heated first and then you make things in it, same concept is used here.

Microwaving chicken has changed my life. I use roasting bags to cut cooking time to 3-4 minutes and it is juicy as hell but cooked through.

The marination part was excellent however these days All microwaves now have auto cook option, Please promote that to make things easier.

Convection mode k liye hme plate ko turntable pr rkhna h ya low pr....mere pas low rack nhi h only high grill rack mila h oven k sath

How did you use metal rack when gril mood is added with microwave mood. I mean there were no single grill option as my oven also does not and as per my knowledge we should not use metal while microwave mood.
