Ingredients
Chicken (चिकेन ) = 350gm
Lemon juice (नींबू का रस )= 1 tbsp
Salt as per taste ( नमक स्वादनुसार )
Huge curd (गाढ़ा दही )=2 tbsp
Green chilli (हरी मिर्ची )= 1
Ginger (अदरक )= 1/2 inch
Garlic (लहसुन )= 7to8 clove
Coriander leaves (धनिया पत्ती )
Kasuri methi (क़सूरी मेथी )= tbsp
Black pepper(काली मिर्च) = 6 to 7
Onion (प्याज़ )= 1/2
Mustard oil (सरसों का तेल )= 1 tbsp
Kashmiri lal mirch = 2 tsp
Red chilli powder (कश्मीरी मिर्च)= 1/2 tsp
Garam masala( गरम मसाला ) = 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder ( हल्दी पाउडर )= 1/4 tsp
Coriander powder (धनिया पाउडर )= 1 tsp
Cumin powder ( जीरा पाउडर )= 1/2 tsp
Oil or ghee as required (घी और तेल जरुरत नुसार )
Setting
1.If you have automatic setting in microwave then set that setting like my lg microwave
Otherwise

2. First press Grill / combi button three time.
Press micro display show 180° set 20 minute and press start button
After 10 minute flip them
3. You can also use only Grill mode
अगर आपकी ओवन मे पहले से सेटिंग है तो आप उसे सेलेक्ट करें
और नहीं है तो
आप Grill/combi को तीन बार दबाए उसके बाद micro button को दबाए आपको 180° दिखेगा उसके बाद 20 मिनट के लिए टाइम सेट करे
कियोकि चिकन पकने मे कम से कम इतना टाइम लेगा
10 मिनट के बाद आप एक बार पलट ले जिससे चिकन दोनों साइड से पक जाये
अगर चिकन कम पके तो थोड़ा time बढ़ा सकते है
3. आप सिर्फ Grill mode पे भी इसे पका सकते हो
