GINGER GARLIC CHILLI PASTE | अदरक लेहसुन मिर्च की पेस्ट 2 TBSP
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर 1 TSP
2nd Marination
MUSTARD OIL | सरसों का तेल 2-3 TBSP
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER / DEGI RED CHILLI POWDER | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर / देगी मिर्च पाउडर 1 TBSP
GINGER GARLIC CHILLI PASTE | अदरक लेहसुन मिर्च की पेस्ट 1 TBSP
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI PASTE | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च की पेस्ट 2-3 TBSP
CORIANDER POWDER | धनिया पाउडर 1 TSP
CUMIN POWDER | जीरा पाउडर 1 TSP
BLACK SLAT | काला नमक 1/2 TSP
CHAAT MASALA | चाट मसाला 1/2 TSP
GARAM MASALA | गरम मसाला 1/2 TSP
ROASTED KASURI METHI POWDER | भुनी हुई कसूरी मेथी पाउडर 1/4 TSP
CARDAMOM POWDER | इलायची पाउडर 1/4 TSP

JAGGERY | गुड़ 1 TSP
BLACK SALT | काला नमक 1 TSP
CUMIN POWDER | जीरा पाउडर 1 TSP

ICE CUBE | आइस क्यूब 1 NO.
WATER | पानी AS REQUIRED

Ingredients:
KASHMIRI RED CHILLI | कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च 15-20 NOS. (SOAKED & DESEEDED)
FRESH CORIANDER | हरा धनिया A SMALL HANDFUL

TAMARIND | इमली 1/4 CUP

CUMIN POWDER | जीरा पाउडर 1 TSP

Hi Chef, I made this recipe for myself and Mom, and this was one of the best dishes I ever made. I made it in a convection microwave and followed your recipe as is, and it came out much better than our fav restaurant from where we ordered the same dish. I pricked the chicken with a toothpick, and it was juicy, soft, and the tandoor flavour turned out better than we could have imagined. For me, cooking is always a joy to create memories with my mom, and for that, I thank you. My mom was so happy, not even kidding; she had one of her best sleep that evening because she was so content, and for that, I thank you. I look forward to making it again this Sunday and trying your many more recipes. Thanks. I liked your tips on the first marination for overnight. And it is better best to make it in oven than to give the same effect by burning the pcs on gas directly. This I suggest to avoid the burners from getting spoilt. But no choice for those who don't have oven. I love the way you explained. I will surely try your recipe. 😋
