Hello, may I ask - why am I not able to upload the power dust effect into premiere pro? It says error as there is no video or sound. Please help it's urgent!!

+Amirul Firdaus OK I'm going to need some mroe information first. Is this Premiere pro CS6 or CC? Also can you open the footage with something like quicktime or windows media player? Does the footage you download get saved as a MOV or MP4? Also did you import the footage rather than drag and drop it into your project?

Mine is a CS5.5. The footage downloaded as a vlc i think, it's the only player i can open the file with. No such luck with windows media player or quicktime. It downloads as an mov. I did it both ways but still to no avail. Appreciate the quick reply!!

+Mac On Track I've tried 3 different footage but nothing works. It's in MOV but can be opened on VLC only.
