So happy you like the video! Don’t get frustrated if the dried potato sticks to the paper after drying, just take your time and it’s totally worth it because once done, you’ll have lots of dried potatoes in storage! Thank you for your kind words and thanks for watching!

You should play with the 70C if you can't get them creamier.

Great video thank you for making it. Do you think that spraying the parchment paper would stop the potatoes from sticking so much or just to make them thicker.

I think between making them thicker and spraying the paper, I would probably try spraying the paper because once those potatoes dried, it was like glue! But honestly if you don’t mind spending some time peeling them away from the paper you should be ok! Thanks so much for watching!
