    I do this process always Connie I call it healthy chicken cause you are getting off the fat,she call the slime I call a membrane I do lemon pepper,or rosemary what ever flavor u r trying but she did an excellent job explaining how to clean up the bird,I have cholesterol,heart issues so the clean chicken is vital

    I really enjoyed your video. I can't say anyone ever told me how to clean chicken. I do it the same way, I just been taking off all the stuff I thought was gross but my grandmother did teach me how to get rid of the hair, she would hold it over the flame of the gas stove. I did learn something from you though, I didn't know that little trick about cutting the leg off. I can't tell you how many times I just about cut myself. Thanks for lessening. You're a good host, loved the video.

    I use lime or lemon 🍋 to remove the slime. Cut em in half and rub across the slime and it lifts it straight off

    I used your recipe for drumsticks and thighs already cut up. Didn't have any poultry seasoning so I used a homemade version I found online that worked out very well. Used the adobo with the red cap and really like how the spice mix really seasoned my chicken. And I am definitely saving the broth for cornbread dressing.

    Where have you been all my life? I am 65 and wish I had had the instruction you are giving here back when I was a teenager. My mom didn't really like to cook and didn't do much in the way of actually making meals. You go with what you know so my daughter grew up the same way I did.
