Coconut Cream Popsicles
Ingredients:
2 cups of coconut milk/cream
6 TB sp of honey
3 TB sp of shredded coconut
1. Mix all 3 ingredients in a bowl until well blended.
2. Move the liquid into a smaller bowl for easy pouring.
If you dont have popsicle mold you can use papercups and put a wooden popsicle stick in the middle.
3. Freeze the popsicles at least 6-8 hrs or better overnight.
4. Unmold the popsicles and enjoy.
