How To Make Chicken Doner Kebab
2kg chicken thigh fillets
1 tbsp salt
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp dry oregano
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
2 crushed garlic cloves
2 tbsp lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil

    I think I will try this with a counter-top rotisserie grill. Another great recipe with clear and concise instructions.

    I think I'm going to break down and buy a vertical spit cooker although they're super expensive. This method looks good though, good job!

    ive had chicken doner from a few places and both times there was gristle bits in the meat where they wernt properly trimmed, that kinda put me off now :/

    Hello Henry.....I really enjoy your videos and the way you present them.....i just love the combination of spices you are using in this recipe and i just realised that i should not watch your videos on an empty stomach. I am sure to use the ingredients here next time i cook chicken thigh meat. You lose me however, when you cook them on gas. It will be charcoal for me....Keep up the great work.

    +HELLENICPRIDE100 thankyou! I don’t cook on charcoal solely for safety, here in Australia any restaurant that uses charcoal or any open fire in most cases doesn’t get insured as the majority of restaurants that do end up with a fire at least once. One of my restaurant had a fire because we use wood, so unfortunately the risk isn’t worth it for thousands of dollars of damage. The local council I’m in doesn’t allow any food establishments to have a charcoal open fire

    Mister Af on a bbq will work still, if not you can cook in the oven, just place the rods over a baking tray
