how to make chicken biryani (easy tutorial)

Chicken biryani buffet style
1 and 1/2 kg chicken cut into pieces
Marinate in salt,
black pepper powder,
Chilli powder,
Turmeric powder,
Biryani masala ,then cook in the oven
for 30 minutes for 180°c
Fry onion slice and cashew nut for garnish
Saute garlic, ginger,
Green chilli, onion
Cinnamon stick,
Cardamom seed,
Gloves,
Bay leave,
Then add chop tomato
Put salt
Black pepper
Turmeric powder
Chilli powder
Biryani masala
and the chicken, add water, and let it cook
Lastly, add 1 cup of plain yoghurt and turn off the heat
(For the rice)
Wash 1 kg of basmati rice
Add 2 litre of water
Put salt,
Turmeric powder,
Bay leave,
Cinnamon stick,
Cardamom,
Gloves and cook
-arrange in serving dish
First layer rice, followed by fried onion and cashew nut, coriander leave, then add the chicken . Repeat the process
Serve with yoghurt and papad
