Add some ginger paste, half the qty of garlic paste used. Curd should be thick , not runny. Try this way

I lived in Ankara as a young lad of 10 to 12 as my dad was an Army pilot who flew the Ambassador and top brass around. And yes we lived a very privileged life during those times. (Chankaya was a secure enclave that the average Turkish couldn't venture in) Though mom cooked most of our meals we had a Turkish chef along with his wife (They were shared by several families) would cook some fantastic dishes like this.

This was an easy recipe that turned out super delicious! I made it twice, the second time without cheese and I thought it tasted better without it. Cuz the white sauce itself was so delicious and didn’t need the cheesy flavor. Would definitely be a repeated recipe in my home 😍

I modified little,, Made this chicken n then spread over pasta then layer it with white sauce n mazerella n chadder cheese then bake 😋😋😋belive me it turned out super delicious.. My hubby was so impressed. Thanks for the recipe
