    Looks good! I have made Carrot Jollof before. I didn't boil the carrots and peppers. I just blended uncooked carrots with peppers and cooked like I would jollof rice. It was delicious.

    Please is "chicken stock powder" the same as knor or maggi? I don't see you use it in your videos Ma

    The generic name for knorr/maggi is stock powder. So knorr chicken is chicken stock powder, Mr chef beef is beef stock powder. I think the reason why most creators don't say knorr/maggi/the rest is because they don't want to promote any brand without being paid. Hope this helps
