Yes... She gaves eggs also but eggs not hatched .. and 1 month before she died..I have now a male budgie from 7 years 😀And he is tamed also for you..😄😄

People deal with grief different ways not all have to be public. But I know my birds miss him they love hearing singing. I just got one that similar to cookie he's English and parakeet half mix. His name is Spirit Wind he'll be 2 months on this month.

Can a nest box be used for other things except breeding? For example can budgies sleep in it? Can you used a nest box if you have two male budgies?

Thanks for sharing ... But the nest hole needs to be lower than this so the hen doesn't jump when going in the nest. and add another easy to clean removable internal wooden base with a shallow dent on it for the eggs to secure them in one place .
