Albert, we are call this dish edible elegance! It was so elegantly demonstrated with the beautiful velvety red peppers intertwined with the onions, garlic, green peppers, smokey paprika and tomatoes, topped with creamy scrambled eggs! Since my wife, like many American ladies (I quizzed my buddies, so the statistic holds up) sleep in on weekends. This would be a hearty brunch for us men to whip up in time for the ladies to rise and shine. Especially since we are usually famished after rustling the cattle and feeding the livestock before sunrise. Not that I have to do that as a suburbanite. But I skim the pool from drowned insects and weed the garden while waiting on my queen to awaken. Your smoked paprika is divine on grilled ahi tuna steaks BTW.

This is so delicious and perfect as alwaays 😍in morocco we call it chakchouka but we mix everything together i like the fact that you added the eggs in the end on the top looks so good must try it this way love it

In Taiwan there is a similar dish called Stir fried Eggs and Tomatoes which vaguely resembles this dish and it's favourite, I'm definitely going to give this recipe a try, I wonder how it goes with rice.

I have a little bit of basque blood in me but I've been making this without the peppers for the last 10 years WITH NO IDEA it was an actual recipe.
The commercials were longer than this video. Great.

Is there something about the centre of the onion that makes them better?...............it does seem to be particularly wasteful to be discarding so many of the outer layers - almost half the onion gone.
Why you do not have your own restaurant I will never know..or do you..hmmmm...get on it Albert!

In Turkey we call it #menemen but cooking in the one pan is much easier, just adding eggs the top of the cooked vegetàbles
