My choice has been Herdez Salsa Casera. Certain brands use a bit of vinegar which produces an acrid taste. Didn't make that mistake twice and yes, I'm still miffed about a ruined batch of guac.

Terry Myers - My point being that you came across as if you thought that he was trying to make guacamole with comments like, "If you cant make a de-lish guac here you couldnt be in my galley. Period." and "I can forgive you not including cilantro" which is what guacamole usually has in it.

Ripper avo dip! As a kid I would go face-down in a bowl of guac and/or make a sandwich with a hotdog bun. I was a competition swimmer and was constantly looking for calories. Avos were my favorite high-fat content but with the droughts in California they became mighty expensive. My brother lives on Kauai now and has huge avos and mangoes growing like weeds all around his place. Bastard...
