Probably a stupid question, but what is this particular stone for? What’s the significance? Thanks. I like the name of it. I have a statue of Atlas carrying the weight of the world. 🌎

no question is stupid. Strength training can reduce the signs and symptoms of many chronic conditions, such as arthritis, back pain, obesity, heart disease, depression, diabetes and also improve muscle size kzread.info/dron/mhlJorGQMBUZnS6GugrMOg.html

@@TheHalusis Oh, okay. So it’s for strength training. We used these during some Spartan Races. Had to lift it, carry, drop, do some burpees, and lift it again and get take it back to where we picked it up. Pretty challenging. Used my core to manage it. 💪Thanks for your response. 🙂🙌
