For expert version, I placed a clear ice cube on the bottom of the Aperol cube and made it look like it was floating. 😉

The after taste is my issue, it is rather dry/bitter so i think going to try with martini Asti and see how it comes out

Hey, I make this in layers : aperol, prosecco, soda, in this order. I put a lime wheel flat on top and add 5 6 ml of Aperol on it just to 'drip through' the layers. Tried today the Expert, my wife loved it!

Soma Futsek-Turan a wine glass which would be full to the top would be difficult to handle, serve no purpose as a wine glass anymore (because the shape pf the glass effect the smell and therefore the taste) and a wineglass filled to the top just looks awful

Aperol Spritz is actually done with White wine. The version with prosecco is called Aperol Veneziano. Cheers!

this is okay, is an internzational and original way to make it, but i live in veneto, the region of italy where it was invented, and actually the home edition is the most close to that thing we use to drink here, if you have a trip in Venice (home of campari and cynar spritz) or in Padova (where aperol spritz was actually invented) you will find the original recipe. my dad is from Venice and there thy used to make it with campari bitter (1 part ) half glass of prosecco and the rest is just sparkling water, a pair of ice cubes and nothing else. and this will cost to you 2.50€

Why do you put Aperol first? Aperol consist sugar and as result not mixed will with another ingredients they going up. Maybe it better to add Prosecco firstly?
If you visit venice first of all ask which one goes first: and you will see - it's prosecco.

Aperol is supposizioni d to be serve in a old fashion glass, not in a wine glass. And you must add the prosecco first and the aperol second, in fact the order must be 1 part soda , 2 parts aperol, 3 parts prosecco, not 2 1 3 like you have done. Greetings from italy
it is certainly not as good as the one made in Veneto, but we appreciate it anyway✨

Amico, io faccio la scuola alberghiera e ho fatto stage in un bar ristorante. Sinceramente quella non é la ricetta tipica italiana😅 nella ricetta tipica c'è 1/3 bitter 1/3 acqua frizzante e 1/3 prosecco

Watching the cover I was like: no please tell me that he didn’t freeze a spritz dear god”. Edit: you did and it and it was actually uselessness to use wine and sparkling soda since the sparklingness would be lost, BUT you used it instead or regular ice that would usually slowly depower the taste so for that part can actually be a coll idea overall if is for someone that like full tasty cocktails till the last sip. (I know I made up words, that’s not my language. And I love your videos)
Man you should have started by the prosecco. It is prosecco-aperol-soda.
Ingredients and ratios are correct. The order isn’t. The Prosecco goes first as it is lighter than the Aperol. When you pour Aperol first it will make it harder to mix properly
The first two are totally unnecessary to show... It's written on the aperol bottle how to make an aperol spritz, and the last one is good only if you're tryna be funny and making a joke 😂
