How to make Antiguan ducana (with features)

Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль

Saltfish? Check!
Chopup? Check!
Now it's time for the crescendo of the series; ducana. Here is what I would like to call the end-all, anyone-can-make-it, you-can't-possibly-mess-this-up tutorial on how to make ducana (with features).
I don't use measurements, but here is a close approximation of the ingredients you'll need to make the best ducana on the planet!
2.5 cups grated coconut
2.5 cups grated sweet potato
2 cups flour
1 cup brown sugar
1 cup cane sugar
1/3 can (133ml) coconut milk
2 tbsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp fresh nutmeg
1/2 cup flour (just in case; depends on how much moisture is in the sweet potatoes and coconut)
1/2 cup raisins (can could make it without these, but why would you do that?)

"Ducana is the greatest thing ever." Yep, you had me right there. But that plating? Lord, that is the most dramatic and fancy plating I've ever seen! Have me here cracking up! We need to have a high-end Antiguan and Barbudan restaurant and this is what I expect!
