It's not more voltage you want it's a greater difference between voltages. Multiple capacitors won't increase the voltage and it won't increase the difference between voltages with just created multiple changes in voltages which is a waste of energy because one large change in voltage is enough to blow electric devices a second one with t get the ones you missed

Probably, with current redirection. You'll need a voltage meter to constantly observe the voltage distribution.

It has been talked about. But lots of reasons against it. 1 SIZE. An EMP generator big enough to take out a car would be large and VERY heavy. Too much for the average police cruiser. 2 Training. Teaching your average beat cop to safe use something like. Forget about it. 3. Safety. Like the man said. These are very dangerous and not easy to aim. What happen if the cop misses the baddies and the pulse hits an old folks home.

No it's far to low power. Also I found out recently after that on the coil there should only be one turn instead of many. This is why it was so short range.
