Тәжірибелік нұсқаулар және стиль
This is how I made an edge jointing sled/jig for my table saw. This method is easy to do and is very versatile.

I wish the KZread algo would've recommended THIS video first. This is how it should be done; the ease of moving the clamps side to side allows you to joint 3"-12" boards just as easily.
This is the best one I’ve seen, you can adjust to the width of the lumber your cutting . Also it’s much safer having the wood you cut sitting flat . Not like those others jigs . Good job
Your videos are always simple and precise. I’m planning on making two of your projects in the coming weeks.
Nice build. I can see using this sled for several other used as well.
Very good build, I've been thinking I might need a Jointer this year! Thanks!
Simple and very versatile. Good job!
Very nice video 😀
Thank you so much for your excellent videos. Being a Dane used to the metric system, i highly appreciate that you show measurement in mm.
Best idea for this type of jig
Great video. Thanks for sharing and explaining, including the mistakes/things what went wrong. In your next video you should show how you can make this kind of hold down clamps. The ones in the video you bought but not everybody has the opportunity to buy them. BTW according the link the table saw costs 279 USD which is 250€. But in Slovakia the price is triple that 750€. I've never understood why that is.
great video, thanks for sharing
Nice job!!! Thanks!!!
after checking several options out there, I like better this design
Hi Vinnie, Another nice simple to follow video. Thank you. But I do have one question. When you routed with the straight bit only, did you do it in steps or did you do it in one pass?
i like how you show your mistakes too
Well done, I like the little graphic illustrations that you put in. One suggestion: one needs to be careful to steer clear of those screws in the runner when routing the slots. You know, Murphy's law etc.

Yes! That's a good point.
@2:30 the way the camera shifts focuses slightly, it really looks like that walnut is CGI. It's messing with my head
At 4:46 instead of "Oh shoot" you should have said "Aw nuts" :P

Haha! That would have been good.
08:03 No, Sir - no link needed. I make them DIY.
Great design. The only problem I have is you stated "High Quality" 5 times within the first 2 minutes. Might I suggest using a script or notes in the future to avoid such unnecessary repetitions?
What he doesn't tell you is that it took three edge joining sleds to make that sled
Usually I enjoy your videos but this one was not very well thought out. You could have used your fence to square it instead of what you did. You should always verify your router bits before starting that they are secure.Making your own T-Track was a good idea as was using Baltic Birch, I'd like you to revisit this project at a later date
Seems like there is way to much teeter tottering with your sled.I’m really not impressed
