I will show you how to make an acrylic led light logo. I am using a 3mm 17inch circle acrylic sheet (you can decide size and shape as per your requirement). I printed out the logo. turned it upside-down and paste on acrylic using scotch tape. I put the bulb inside the tire table that I made and placed the acrylic on it to see the shadow of logo and started cutting the protection film of acrylic using a knife cutter. I removed the protection film that I cut earlier, be gentle, try not to scratch the acrylic. after removing the protection film, scrub it to give it a logo shape. I am using sand paper, hacksaw blade and sander cone drill bit. Once you are done scrubbing use paint thinner for cleaning and to give it a smoother look. I measured the length of acrylic to design the base. I used 2 inch thick wood lath for the base and 1 inch thick 2 wood laths for holding the acrylic, I spray painted all three wood laths select color as per your requirement. cut the thermocol sheet same size as wood lath that is 17 inch and paste it on both 1-inch thick wood laths that will hold the acrylic using a glue gun. paste the led light on wooden base along with thermocol on both sides and then paste the 1-inch thick wood lath that will hold the acrylic on thermocol. I covered the logo on acrylic with a scotch or clear tape to protect it from spray paint, and painted the letters below it. I removed the protection film gently and place the acrylic on base and you're done
