There are fonts that are already Thin. Choose your favorites for this process... then duplicate your favorite font; outline the copy with pen tool for larger acrylic outline; select convert outline to object; break apart then clean up the unneeded cut-lines in wireframe mode.

.25 inch and the channels are .20in deep

Can you make a detailed tutorial on how you connected the wire to the led lights ? I tried soldering the wire to my lights ( positive with positive/ negative with negative) but when I plugged it in to see if it worked it did not light up :( I got all my supples from amazon.

You state it’s a custom machine designed and built by yourself, however how is the acrylic being held in place? I don’t see any clamps. I’m thinking about carving one out on a regular cnc. Also, what type of bit and “spindle speed” are you using?

i use double side tape to hold the material down .i use a 1\8th bit at about 18000rpm

What kind of glue is that? We've been trying to use ciano glue but it isn't holding the rubber base to the acrylic very well
