La pasta tagliolini e gamberetti, si prepara con un filo d'olio extravergine d'oliva in una padella far rosolare l aglio tritato finemente e prezzemolo, far rosolare leggermente unire i gamberi lavati e sgusciati e anche il filo nero eliminare , quando cambiano colore, unire mezzo bicchiere di vino bianco e sfumare, quindi scolare i tagliolini al dente e versarli nella padella una spolverata di pepe, e una di prezzemolo tritato finemente, saltare in padella e portare in tavola, no panna no burro, grazie buona giornata .
