I will make this fritata soon!... but let me say I am so guilty of eating frosting from the container. My mom used to add peanut butter to chocolate or vanilla frosting. My favorite is coconut pecan frosting used with German chocolate cake

I don’t care about the raw eggs in brownie batter either! 😅 but now, when I bake brownies, I buy the smaller can of frosting. It’s just enough to cover a 9x13 and then it’s gone. 😊

I make brownies topped with buckeye candy filling (peanut butter, butter & confectioners sugar) then chocolate ganache. Always an absolute favorite of everyone that tries them. Such a great combination of flavors.

Looks keto friendly all except the cheese pre shredded cheese has potato starch coating . Shredding block cheese one self if clean keto. Looks good

Curious as to why you used vanilla pudding mix in the peanut butter layer, vs vanilla as you would in peanut buttercream? I am sure it is divine.

You know what works for keeping avacados? This really works...I saw it on Pinterest and gave it a try. Now I buy a bag of 4 or 5 and let them get perfectly ripe then store them in a open container of water in the frig. They keep ripe without going over ripe. They stay good for a week. Iove it when things really work

That's exactly why along with since I have lost weight they are a bit too loose and I don't want them to fall off.

My "dark side" is pizza. I have eaten a large pizza myself before. Also ice cream.

Spoiler alert! I am a lacto-ovo vegetarian, so I don't eat meat at all. That being said, I think drained black beans as a base versus the ground beef would work quite well in this recipe.

Leslie, you are a sweet spirited, God loving woman and I’m so sorry you have to deal with rude people. I can’t even imagine why anyone would say ugly things, or what satisfaction they get from it, but please just know that Jesus loves you, and don’t pay any attention to them. Jesus said to his followers, when the world hates you, remember that they hated him first.
