instead of tape, you can wrap with sewing thread, and soak it with superglue or clear nail polish. lasts forever and adds a lot of value in lokos and feel.

I am absolutely dumbfounded by how well this actually came out and how much the ink lasts with one dip! Thanks for saving me $25+!

Thanks for the template and the tutorial! This works great with a credit card, too. Heat up the credit card with hot water so it's malleable and folds well. Makes really thick lines though.

Is there a particular gauge or weight or thickness for the aluminum flashing?

The idea is absolutely wonderful! I like it. Ma'am, if you will, I would spend more time smoothing out the rough edges. Perhaps using a finer grid sand paper 900 grid on-up. The higher the grid number the finer. Making what you have created better. Stay well! Semper Fi
