As stupid as it looks, soft metals like copper and aluminum sheets harden up from tension and impact. Try bending a copper sheet back and forth, then let it cool down and see.

It helps it be more rigid it also is, to some extent, work hardening. Its the same way bronze and copper could be effective. You hammer the metal and it imparts stiffness.

By the looks of it Scomber scombrus or mackerel smush. A common fish living in the waters of north Atlantic. Tastes bland but very abundant and hence cheap.

I know their guidelines make no sense and usually censor and remove peoples comments for saying certain words that are offensive to them and shadow ban you for being inappropriate in chats even though kids shouldn’t be on live video streams.
