Why Laptop screen ?
They have a special diffusion sheet ie. Fresnel sheet with which you can easily get spotlight effect.
** In video i have used 5V 2A boost converter which is sufficient to power RGB colour or colour with less luminosity but if you want to power your RGB panel fully you will need at least 5A boost converter.
