u don’t chop the veggies in the protein bowl and the salad comes with a 6 inch portion of meat

i was told that protein bowl= footlong portion of meat and 6 inch portion of veggies, and a salad bowl is a footlong portion of veggies and 6 inch portion of meat.

No, the bread and the bowl are approximately the same price. So you're trading the cost of the bread for the cost of the plastic bowl. Does that make sense?

@@JeremyBell we can eat the bread what can we do with the plastic bowl - bread adds to our meal though for same money but plastic bowl is trash right ? Hope it makes sense !! How ever on the budget side with bread is better !!

It's a cold cut, supposed to be served cold! You can heat them if you like. My preference would be to heating up the bread and the cheese but not the meat.
