The worse mistake and it always happens to me.when it’s busy the person just handle money and doesn’t change gloves and then touches my food I just walk out.

That’s absolutely disgusting! I can tell you as a Subway employee-hand washing is always front and center and I wash my hands so much at work that I’ve literally dreamed about washing my hands and woke up actually doing the motions in my dead ass sleep. That store has a manager issue because I can tell ya my manager and co workers slammed it down my throat during training, especially after touching dirty ass money.

I'm not petty as long as you wash up hands once and don't touch your nose, sneeze in your hands or anything remotely disgusting I'm straight Changing gloves is a must though sometimes depending on if you have different sauces and stuff
wow, i was taught the term "hinge cut" but was never taught the 45 degree angle, thanks!
Cutting bread is harder part than it seems. Nice video👍
I am neurodivergent autistic spectrum. I will every explanation in life was this explicit, thank you !!!
This dude taught me more than my coworkers did. My franchise didn’t do subway uni nor did they enforce the coworkers to train everyone else. It’s absolutely disgusting I has to sit there and watch these vids instead of my coworkers help me out.
U-gouge is sorely missed... What made Subway special and unique...🤷♂️

I was thinking king about the other day. That was sort of that circular cut that ended up looking like a wedge right

@@littlep420 no hate though. There were some things at subway I couldn’t do that should have been easy like replacing the fountain drinks😅
I may never work at a Subway, but now I can cut bread like I did... Thanks!
Very informative...thanks
Thank you! No one cuts the bread correctly and as a former manager, it drives me nuts! (I started during the U-Gouge era, so...)

OG Subway cut from the 90s was so superior.
No bread was harm in this video lol
Thaanks for the guide
I been working subway for three years and I cut bread in half but not all the way. I first put mayo on and mustard if customer wants and that helps stick lettuce and masters and pickels ally things then meats and red wine then close ups cheesetoo
Thanks! 😁
,Thank youu . Much appreciated
Is it just me or is it super hard to put on your gloves at subway, does anyone have any tips lol

Mmm there are two types of gloves I can order at my store, domestic or imported. I find the "domestic" ones to be easier to put on. Not sure if you have any influence on your manager. Other than that it just takes practice

It’s called a v cut
When cutting the bread in half you don't always cut in the center because both sides don't have the same mass of volume. You can cut a little off center but not too much, so you don't give the next customer a sorry wimpy 6 Inch sub. Am I right Jeremy Bell?
Hate the hinge cut. When I worked at Subway, I refused to Hinge Cut and would always do the old cut. No, not the Boat cut because honestly that's only good for a meatball sub, and MAYBE a Philly Cheesesteak...but nah fr, I used to cut it so everything laid down flat. All the customers loved when I made their food so even tho my manager hated me doing g it, she wouldn't ever correct me because my sandwiches were always beautiful pieces of art and she didn't want no smoke. Lmfao.
Ps....6 inches looks more like 4 inches. Also workers at Subway can never cut exactly down the middle so you may end up with the smaller side-less fillings etc.
This is the future of the American Dream.
Bring the v cut back
U-GOUGE 😤
The bread has shrunk in all subways I have boycotted it. Bakeries and supermarket rolls and sandwiches are bigger and cheaper!

do yall make the bread?

Yes
Nah, you need to do it the right way. V cut or u cut is the only acceptable way, it ensures that your sandwich stays in your sandwich.
Thumbs up if you're here cause you tried making an epic sub at home and everything kept falling out when you closed it
Bruhhh
Tou go too V cut it. duhh
The lettuce looks like crap in all your videos.
Wearing plastic gloves and touching food and then touching the oven is very dirty. Why are you doing this?
