How to make a polly wire roller from a bucket. Drill powered
Make a wire roller using a drill and a bucket. This is made for polly wire but works well with any type of string or line. Easy to make and takes about 10 minutes. This can hold about a mile and half of polly. Roll up polly wire fast with drill and a bucket.

Text version to accompany video. # Electric Fence roller - 5 gallon (22 litre) bucket - 17 inch (432mm) of 1 inch (25.4mm) ⌀ pipe - 1 ⅜ hole-saw (35mm) - pipe cap * 2 - pipe glue - bolt 2 * pipe cap length - 2 lengths (2 * bucket ⌀) * Drill holes in bucket (centered) * Cut sliver out of side of bucket just inside ends of bucket * Tighten bolt inside & outside of 1st pipe cap * Glue pipe cap with bolt to pipe length. * Fix bucket to planks, planks parallel with slot in between, opposite direction to plank lengths. * Insert pipe into bucket. * Fix second cap to pipe under bucket. *Do Not Glue* * Attach drill, rewind tape.
