I have always wondered when I cook an over easy egg it’s either hit or miss. I either overcook it and burns on one side or I undercook cook it where the whites are still runny. I was wondering why my wife always asked for scrambled eggs… I tried his method and my wife was impressed!!! Great job explaining…

Curious why you didn't flip the egg back to the 1st side so we're able to see how the top turned out. Both sides are important when flipping an egg. Not just cutting in right away.

When you flip it, the egg looses a lot of the nutritional value & it becomes the imperfect egg. you should make no flip over easy eggs. that is the perfect egg.
Ummmm...Noooo!!! One egg? All that time? And still not prefect? This is how you do it without ever needing to turn the egg and for 4 to 5 eggs. Non stick pan a small about of oil....very small....low heat.... when the outside is white a few drops of water around the eggs....then cover until you see your desired whiteness on top. Normally about a minute. Do the turn over thing if you want to take a chance...it doesn't change the taste....it's 50/50....covered with a few drops of water is 100%. Good luck all!!!
