no hes not the motor is spinning in his direction meaning that is the right way to hold the chisel now if it was spinning the other direction he would be holding it wrong

I would suggest chucking the bolt up in a drill, and then spinning that against an abrasive surface like sand paper. As long as you hold the drill steady, youll get much better concentricity on your live centre which will improve the quality of your workpiece

It needs a second slid for a post to rest the tool on. Wouldn't wanna break a finger.

rai3r Personally I would suggest a titebond woodglue instead. You can find that at any woodworking store like Lowes home Depot or at Walmart most likely. Formula 3 I believe would be best.

i am using skateboard bearings on my build. the race is 8mm and the outer diameter is 22mm. they hold up well and a box of 8 cost's $10 from a skate shop

This is great! I recently realized that I’d stashed some machine device with a wheel on it that spins really fast. It’d be perfect for this! It is battery powered, but I feel it’s be sufficient for my miniatures.
