The Malibu Summer Rose is a tropical-inspired cocktail that is a delicious combination of flavours that come from the mix of coconut rum, peach schnapps, pineapple juice, orange juice and grenadine. In this video I make enough for 3 glasses, but I have put proportions for a single glass below, so scale accordingly.
Ingredients:
• 1 part coconut rum
• 1 part peach schnapps
• 1 part Pineapple juice
• 1 part Orange juice
• Grenadine
• Fresh pineapple slices, orange slices and/or maraschino cherries optional garnish
Recipe:
• Add ice to a cocktail shaker.
• Add 1 part coconut rum (per drink).
• Add 1 part peach schnapps (per drink).
• Add 1 part Pineapple juice (per drink).
• Put lid on shaker and shake.
• Place ice in glasses.
• Strain shaker into glasses.
• Add 1 part Orange juice to each glass.
• Add a dash of Grenadine to each glass.
• Garnish with an orange slice.
• Enjoy 😊
