Fantastic video! I'm 65 y.o. and trying to stay active at my age. I just purchased a mountain board and this would absolutely help to learn to ride it and with less risk of falling. Also someone once said you don't stop having fun because grow old you grow old because you stop having fun.

It is a cool idea, so easy to ride the longboard now. Fits on skateboards too.

That is a great idea for people with bad knees or a balance problem and the only thing i would do different for me is i would just have a straight pole as the handle bars not a T and slightly bigger and softer wheels so it is less bumpy

Not a Bad Idea, I'm a longboarder in City, and just 28 years old, but I always thought about how to make Longboarding safer, so maybe even slightly aged people could feel proper and safe on them. The Handle gives the rider much more and safer stability for the forward and backwards axis. I modded my own Longboard, to make it ride much smoother and not worry about bad Sidewalk to Street transitions. All I did was replace the original wheels with 110mm scooter wheels, the slimmer larger wheels keep the momentum much longer, and the wide diameter even lets me skate over Tram Rails, without having to pick it up (Big Train Rails are still rather painful to ride over, but possible, just not recommended) It improves the Ride amazingly, and makes bumps and the uneven ground, much more pleasant to ride over. Even solid dirt roads aren't stopping the longboard now, which is good for safety if you have to think about getting off the road to avoid a collision or a car doesn't see you but you it and the sandy side of the road is the only option left, and know you'll still be able to steer the Board. Just 1 thing, they also get fast, so not safe Downhill Proper Brakes really need to be a thing for Longboards

I agree, propper brakes would be brilliant on a longboard. The handle is so much better, much more stability.

Well I tried it on a longboard, but it needed a lot of space to steer that my regular course does not have. The turning circle was about 3 to 4 metres radius. Yes I could put it on a shorter board, but then I also have two big feet so I will return to a scooter.

I want a crash hat also!!!!!!! Love your channel!

I have a evolve carbon gt skateboard and recently had a cardiac.arrest.and as a result ended up partially disabled in right leg..this is what I want to do to my board so I can ride it and take my dog to the park..as cant walk all that way..

Unfortunately I think the company I brought this from have gone, You can get skateboards with handles on, try looking for longboards with handles too. The company were running when I posted this video. Sad its gone.
