How to Make a Handle for Jigsaw Blades

Jigsaw blades can also be used wonderfully by hand. The only thing you need is a handle. In this video I'll show you how to make one yourself.

coole Idee!!!

What a neat and useful little tool! I never saw that kind of jig saw blade before - I just put foam rubber through the bandsaw, it works very well. Nice entertaining vid as always mate, really enjoyed that. Thanks!

I think I'm gonna have to steal this idea Stephan haha, I recently won some jigsaw bits and I never really thought of using them by hand so you've saved me! Excellent as always and I really love your choices of music.

nice, seen a few like this - the cheap ones come with dodgy looking blades and the pro ones are expensive.

when you were chiseling out the slot , i thought wow he needs a smaller chisel, and then i thought wow he could use old saw blades and repurpose then as carving / chisel tools

Your video title is misleading. I was looking for storage solutions for jigsaw blades, something to hold them in. What you are featuring in your video, while indeed quite creative, is called a HANDLE, not a holder. My knife has a handle, not a holder. Same for my chisels, my hand saws, my shovels, etc. The part by which you wield an implement is, by definition, its handle.

Thank you for your correction. I've changed the title now. :)
