Great idea, you can make them well ahead of time and store in the fridge, always make extra in case you drop one or break one when you are putting it on, that way you have back up. And do make sure you watch the temper choc and what choc to use vids so they don't melt out of the fridge.

gman805 its just regular chocolate with reformed crystals, so the same ingredients as the chocolate you buy from the store

I really love the way you created these roses. I can't wait to try this. I worked with chocolate for the first time when I decorated the top of a cake with the chocolate petals that I made by just using a spoon.
