“I thought it'd be fun to make beer myself. And it just became a passion that got out of control.” A few years ago, when Alex Lawes started brewing beer in his kitchen, he never imagined that such a hobby would escalate that quickly.
With his friend Alan Wolfe, he is now a professional beer maker and owns "Whiplash Beer", a multiple prize winning brewery, in Ireland. Entr met them at their headquarter in Ballyfermot, Dublin. Here is their story.
