Pickling Salt “Citric Acid”

01- Coin Making Hydraulic Press Machine of 120 Tonnes Pressure
02- CNC Made Design Printing Dies and Frames
03- Die Assembling Accessories
04- Silver Melting Torch
05- Buffing and Polishing Machine with Compounds
06- Coin Removing Acrylic Tool
07- Sheet Rolling Machine
08- Hammer and Steel Anvil

Making Process:
01- Forge and Plains the Pure silver Billet
02- Rolling the Billet to make it a Sheet for Coin
03- Annealing and Pickling the metal sheet
04- Flatten the sheet
05- Polish emery and polish the sheet
06- Assemble the Coin cutting die in the machine
07- Insert the metal sheet in to cutting die slot for coin
08- Assemble the coin printing die with silver coin.
09- Fix the assembled printing die in Coin Making Hydraulic press machine
10- Apply pressure up to 20 Tonnes
11- Remove the pressure and remove the printing die from the machine
12- Remove the dies from die frame
13- Remove the printed coin fro die frame with the help of coin removing tool.
14- Check the coin and final polish on buffing machine
15- Clean the coin in Isopropyl Alcohol and pack it in paper or box.

I have 120 Tonnes Mannual Press, however we presses it wil 60 Tonnes to get better print with good quqlity Diye pring mold.

So, you were able to imprint the coins with 50 tons of pressure? That seems fairly deep for only 50 tons!

@@adamjewellery I want to make coins with a hydraulic press as well. All of the purchasing options I've found are cost prohibitive. I've even considered building my own. Do you have any suggestions?

@@JustinCiriello i have got this hydrulic machine customized made at my own, which very strong @120 Tonnes, Normally 40-60 tonnes hydrulic machine is enoughn to pring 10 grams coins, my hydrulic can cut and print 50 grams and even 100 grams coing too. You also may make your own, The important in this machine to get good strong hydruly jack machine, which i ahve got it made fully customized as per my requirement.
