In this video I'll show you how to make a still image or a screen recording more fun with 3d animation in Fusion. I know it sounds scary but it's very easy and the end result is worth it. Also you will learn how a basic 3d composition in fusion is made and maybe you could start experimenting with it yourself. Fusion is the secret superpower of DaVinci Resolve as we all know that the color tab is why everyone likes the app. Having a motion graphics, effects, 3d compositions and so much more panel in your editing software is simply incredible. Don't overlook the Fusion tab.

Check out part two of my 3D effect video and see how and where to add Blur or make vignettes: kzread.info/dash/bejne/ppZ82LajpMq8otI.html
to the point 👍
Great video. Always nice to see someone who can explain things in a calm and clear way, without dragging along. 👍

Thank you!
Great tip, thank you! I was wondering how you did that speed adjustment with all the arrows at the very end. I’ve only ever done that with a right click, Change Duration/Speed but whatever you did seems MUCH faster. Thanks again for the help!

Hey! Thank you! I used CMD + R (CTRL + R on Windows) which is the shortcut for the speed controls! I talk about those in one of my other vids! Cheers!

@@marioivanovm2 awesome, thank you! I’ll be making my way through your channel bit by bit. I started a channel of my own recently (not this account) and so I’m hungry for workflow tips like this.
I thought of doing this in After Effects but it seems I'll go with Davinci instead. Thanks for explaining nodes. It doesn't look complicated. I have a question though. Let's say if you wanted to draw attention to the part of the image, how and where would you add blur? In nodes or in edit page?

for best result and easiest it will be to add the blur node between "mediain1"(your clip) node and the "imageplane3d" node, than add a mask to the blur node and invert it. I'll make a video about adding different effects to a 3d composition like this one in the future!
Can you do thay in the free version ? I mean without the 3d camera node basically?

I can’t give you a good answer man as I’ve been using the studio version for quite some time now. I actually haven’t used 3D in the free version.
What about dve effect ? It works same I think.

The DVE and the rest of the 3D nodes in future videos.
Gotta say that the background music isn’t needed, it’s repetitive and grating after a while. Don’t be like the others, your narration doesn’t need it, it’s good content. Thanks

As a videographer, I think BG music can def add to the narrative in the right context. In this particular video, I think it was well done.
