I learned one tough lesson this week and that is never clean the HEPA filter out with water and then try and dry it with paper towels and shaking it. The filter couldn’t have had very much water left but as soon as I started running it something sounded off. That’s when I learned that the air flow goes through the battery and exits out the battery at the bottom of the handle. I wish I had let the HEPA filter dry out over night. Anyways I hope this mistake can help someone else. The battery is 90 dollars and it takes a week to get so don’t be me.

@@TinecoSupport thank you for response I received my replacement battery today and I’m back up running. I had to borrow a corded vacuum and it really highlighted how easy and convenient my Pure one x s-11 is to use. Hey I sent an email but why not add a clip on for the tube on the vacuum for other attachments I’m gonna use. It would be pretty convenient to strap what a need to the vacuum vs having to carry the one or two I want and drop them off where I’ll need them. I and many others I’m sure would pre order them if you announced that an accessories clip would be available soon. I own a tool and die machine shop so I could easily make a prototype with plastic and I may if it’s never offered. Thank you

Jamie, That is why I'm always sure to have TWO of each filter. Two dust filters, two hepa filters. When you are going to wash one, put the other in the machine, THEN wash and set aside. By the time you need to do it again, it will be completely dry and no chance of a problem

My S11 has a push button that you slide over for cleaning/removing the brush but I cannot figure out how it works. Looking for a diagram or description of how to clean the brush. Model FB2118

@tineco....Where can I find a diagram on how to remove the brush for my S11 model? This video is not consistent with my model of vacuum even though it is an S11.

My machine says the air channel is blocked even after cleaning everything multiple times as shown, both before and after rinsing and fully air drying the filters
