During the warranty period, we will provide you with the service of repairing the machine and replacing the parts.

Just started the vacuum and it flashes full red so returned to do self cleaning and after done same thing happened again and again. It clean, no blockage but it just kept flashing after lass the minute of vacuum/ mopping

@@TinecoSupport I brought it to your service Center but no fault found, brought it back and started to use yesterday and it was ok. I love the machine and hopes that it will not happen again. I still high recommend this machine. ❤️❤️❤️

I bought the S5 combo in January and recently the clean water does not come out. I emptied and replaced the water and cleaned everything that I could clean. Ran self cleaner and clean water still does not come out.

Why does the battery drain so fast? Is there any way to prevent that from happening. Can you get a second battery because it takes so long to charge also?

why brush the hepa filter? they are designed to capture very small particles, including allergens, dust, and other contaminants, by using a dense mesh of fibers. Brushing or scrubbing the filter can potentially damage or dislodge these fibers, reducing the filter's effectiveness. whats even worse is you wet the hepa causing the fibers to clump together then brushed it.

Can I use another brand of floor cleaner? What is ratio?
