    What about the hose? Mine really needs to be cleaned, like with water or something. Also I don’t think it was supposed to come with the cleaning tool, but I’m assuming I could buy one?

    Dear Mandy, Thank you for the comment. You may find a hair cleaning tool which is supposed to have been sent to you along with the machine and use it to clean the hose.     I LOVE this vacuum but a new problem I have encountered is it stinks due to all of the dog hair it picks up. I do empty the chamber as soon as I get done vacuuming and I have cleaned it and the filters, I even replaced them with new ones to see if that helped but the dog smell seems to be trapped in the vacuum and when you open it to empty it out or turn it on to vacuum it smells bad. How can I get rid of this and thoroughly clean the vacuum as well as prevent the smell from returning??

    looks like a nice vacuum (I have one) but the instructions are severely lacking. for instance, the filter cleaning attachment there are NO diagrams.

    Hello Tineco my vacuum A10 after I do full charge of the battery and I turn on the light in the battery is purple and not blue why is that? How I fix it? Thanks in advance.

    You can try to remove the dustbin and check if the machine could work. If not, you might need to contact customer service for warranty service.

    I have taken all the filter out and still no matter what I try it blinks pink, perfectly clean all filters clean. I’ve only had it for a month.

    Mine does this too. New out of the box. I don't think the filter could be any cleaner

    I believe the instructions say to rinse the HEPA filter under water every 3 months (and replace annually). I was kind of hoping to see what that would look like, but not in this demonstration. Is there one somewhere else you could point me to?

    The bottom attachment isn't working on mine. It's not spinning, and the lights are not working. I've cleaned it and charged it. No change

    The pink light keeps flashing, causing my vacuum to turn off. I have cleaned the filter & it still blinks pink. I’ve had this vacuum for around a month now.

    Too bad the battery isn't replaceable, it just makes them e-waste once the battery can no longer function even if the vacuum itself is still good. Thing's like this thats battery powered should have a replaceable battery to make it more eco friendly.

    @@jenursenbach6114 with the A10 dash it isn't user replaceable (as in a non user serviceable part which is why you can't buy one from their website), the A10 dash is not like their higher end models that has an external detachable battery (like with the A11 Hero, S11 pure one, S12 pure one, S15 pure one have user replaceable batteries, the A10 dash does not). why would you think I'm talking about their higher end product lines when the video is about the A10 dash.
